Julia is a registered psychologist who has completed her Master of Professional Psychology.
Julia adopts an empathetic, client-focused, and evidence-based approach, partnering with clients to recognise their strengths and customise support that aligns with their unique needs and goals. She is deeply passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel validated, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
Julia has an interest in working with children, adolescents, and adults across a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety (including separation anxiety), stress management, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), emotional regulation, sleep, self-esteem, social wellbeing, life transitions, and grief and loss. She is especially passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, and is dedicated to promoting mental health and wellbeing within the LGBTQIA+ community.
Julia is available for appointments on Friday afternoons and is currently accepting new clients.
