Jocelyn is a Clinical Psychologist with over 5 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings. With a warm and person-centered approach, she brings creativity, integrity, and compassion to every session.
Drawing from evidence-based methodologies such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT),
mindfulness, Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and DBT-informed therapy, Jocelyn creates a safe and collaborative space where clients can navigate challenges and foster lasting change. She believes there is no one size fits all approach to therapy and brings an attitude of openness, unconditional positive regard and compassion to her work.
Jocelyn’s expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including chronic pain, trauma, OCD, anxiety, and the intricate mind-body connection. She also has interests in areas such as assessment, mentoring and neurodiversity in girls and women. With a passion for working across the lifespan, she is adept at meeting clients at any stage of their mental health journey.
Jocelyn is available Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays and is currently accepting new clients.
