Genevieve Papavasiliou

Provisional Psychologist

Genevieve is a provisional registered psychologist who is currently in her final year of completing her Clinical Master’s program.

She offers a diverse range of therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among other modalities. This variety allows her to tailor her therapeutic strategies to meet each client’s unique needs, ensuring that they feel understood and supported. In addition to her therapeutic skills, she has experience conducting detailed cognitive assessments, which provide valuable insights into her clients’ cognitive functioning and help inform tailored intervention plans.

Throughout her training, she has worked with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. Her clinical background encompasses various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, perinatal grief, grief/loss, disordered eating, emotion regulation challenges, as well as social and interpersonal difficulties. Genevieve is committed to supporting her clients on their journey toward mental well-being by using evidence-based approaches that foster resilience and personal growth.
