Braydon is a provisionally registered psychologist who is currently nearing the completion of his final year of supervised practice. Braydon uses a wide variety of evidence-based interventions and strategies to help best suit the client’s needs and presentations. Braydon enjoys working collaboratively with his clients to establish short term as well as long term goals for clients.
Braydon has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. He provides counselling services for a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment, attachment, anger, substance abuse, gender identity, and grief/loss. Whether it’s working one on one with individuals or working with parents/families, Braydon utilises a person-centered approach to provide a safe and nurturing environment for individuals to explore and share their experiences.
Braydon understands that ‘one size doesn’t fit all’ when it comes to therapy. He enjoys drawing on a range of therapeutic interventions on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness. Braydon is available Monday to Friday (including evenings) and is currently accepting new clients.
