Mia is a provisionally registered psychologist who is currently nearing the completion of her final year of supervised practice. Mia has an emphasis on creating a warm and non-judgmental environment that is crucial for fostering a sense of safety and trust with her clients. Mia employs a client-centred approach and believes that understanding one’s own thought processes can lead to greater insight and personal growth, fostering healthier connections with those around us. 

Mia offers support to individuals across various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing a broad spectrum of concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, emotion regulation, as well as social and interpersonal issues. Mia has experience in evidence-based treatments for individuals with eating disorders and possesses a deep understanding of the intricate interplay between food and our mental and physical health.

Mia is available from Mondays to Fridays at Beaconsfield (including evenings) and is available to take on new clients.
