Psychologist | Children, Adolescents, Adults

Patrice is a registered Psychologist with experience working with people across the lifespan, supporting individuals with a range of concerns including mental health, disability, employment and education, trauma, and marginalisation.

Patrice works from a humanistic approach, recognising the importance of meeting people where they are in their journey. She draws on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Counselling. Patrice practises in a client-centred, trauma-informed way, tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique needs.

Patrice is also fortunate to be joined by her therapy dog, Troy, during some sessions. Patrice and Troy work together as a team, with Troy providing a calm, reassuring presence to help clients feel comfortable and safe. Troy will quietly remain by your side and will only engage with you if invited.

Patrice consults on Mondays, Wednesdays (with Troy), and Fridays, with afternoon and evening appointments available.
