Katherine is a Registered Psychologist who has completed her Master of Clinical Psychology. She is passionate about helping children, adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges with warmth, empathy and genuine care.
Katherine believes that every client deserves to feel heard, understood and supported. She takes a collaborative approach to therapy, creating a safe and welcoming space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies to improve their wellbeing and reach their goals.
Her therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual’s unique needs and draws on evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies. Katherine also has a special interest in cognitive and educational assessments, supporting children, adolescents and adults to better understand their learning profile and achieve their full potential.
Katherine is available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (including evenings) and is currently accepting new clients.
