Tavleen is a registered Psychologist who is passionate about creating a safe, warm, and compassionate space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. She works collaboratively with adolescents and adults, recognising the importance of meeting each person where they are in their journey and supporting them to create meaningful, lasting change.
Having worked across private practice, youth mental health, and school settings, Tavleen has experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, trauma, and life transitions. She also brings experience working in both Australia and India, which has shaped her culturally sensitive and flexible approach to care.
Tavleen draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy. Her approach is warm, practical, and client-centred, tailoring therapy to each client’s individual needs while helping them understand patterns and build effective coping strategies.
Tavleen speaks English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Tavleen consults on Wednesday and Friday afternoons and evenings and is currently accepting new clients.
